When I first saw Rachel Whiteread's pieces. I wounder what she would do we let her an art piece of the clock tower in Pullman...
Would she want to make a life size mold of the tower?? I would think that would be intriguing since I myself (and many others) have not actually seen said space. I posative of that space would in a way give us a glimpse of what was there but on the other still keep the inside of that space a mystery.

Space # 4
While in class one morning, I wounder if one space could actually be two different spaces. So I sat at my seat in the empty class room. I thought this is my "Space" then I go up and moved to the front of the class and looked out at all the empty seats.
It felt very different to be up there and just imagining all those faces staring back at me made me feel unconformable. Almost as if I was invading some place and getting too much unwanted attention. This was my Professor's "Space".
I then moved to the very back of the class. From here it made me feel like I was watching a movie or some sort of performance. Not just the performance of the Teacher, but also the students. This "space" felt like that of an observer.

Space # 3
I enter the doors to the sound of silent ticking and whispers. Students are in groups thought they do not seem to be parts of a group. The all stare at glowing panels with concentration or amusement.
I see a woman underneath a sign with the word "Reference" on it. She is also focused on her own glowing panel. I pass her with no greeting.
As I walk into this space I begin to feel as if I am getting lost. There are walls everywhere. Walls decorated with compressed papers in various ages, size and widths. As I walk thought this labyrinth like space I found that this space consisted of many levels and was actually quite large and with quite a few people.
However, as I walked deeper into this maze of walls, the illusion that I was alone in this place made me feel eery and also a little panicked.

Space # 2
When I entered this space a man at the doorway looked at my id and told me to take off my bag to make some room. The space was full of other people, some sitting in benches that faced each other on the side wall and other that sat forward towards the man looking out the big windows at the entrance.
I squeezed my way down the very narrow walkway as the smells of perfume, deodorant and other smells of the many people in this space co-mingled with each other. As we became as tight as we could, the man at the front closed the doors and the space began to move.
As we moved some would pull on a string that would 'ding' and cause the words "Stop Requested" to light up in red. At these time the man up front would soon stop and open the doors to let those people out. As people left, more would sometimes enter. This would either fill up the space, or empty it to the point where I could then sit in one of the benches.
Soon it became my turn to pull the string. When the man stopped the space, I thanked him before leaving the space to go out side.

Space # 1
The space is small and smells like a cologne that must have lingered from the last person to enter these moving doors. There are numbers, letters and other signs on the left hand that can be pressed.
I choose one and the "button" lights up causing the doors to close. I brace my self as the space begins to move. The numbers on the top start to rise... 2, 3, 4, 5.
Suddenly we stop, the doors open to the outside.
I quickly leave the small space to go on to my next destination.

Another Sunset
I have more pics from this day that I had to take with my sister's camera. However, before mine died I was able to take two pictures of the sun set. It was the different colors that were expressed that made me want to take these pics. It's almost as if the cloud was a line separating the blue sky with the purple and orange light of the sun.

While Looking For Clouds, I Instead Found a Kamono Dragon...
Ok, these are some more pics of clouds I took today. The first one was taken because I saw the cloud as a dancing sheep. ^ ^ So cute.
In the other pictures I tried to focus on bring out the clouds in the sky by incorporating the landscape into the shot. I have never taken any photography before, if anything I hated using a camera when I was younger. However, looking through the lens of a camera for these sketch book projects has made me come to understand why someone could get hooked into this sort of medium.
The last pic was something I found on my way to the bus. It made me laugh because I thought of it as a joke... but, apart of me (the one that is more gullible) wonders if it is true. I mean, those things are illegal to own right? Besides, I would want more of a reward then $150 if I found such a thing randomly in Pullman.
Clouds vs Stars

As accessories of the sky goes, Clouds are to days as Stars are to nights.
I remember when I was young, waking up in the middle of the night while camping. What I saw took my breath away. The dark blue sky was clear and littered with stars, I have never in my life seen as many as I did that night. Since that time, my favorite time of the day was in fact night.
